Speak What We Feel, Not What We Ought to Say.
I don’t understand how a clinic expects to accommodate it’s patients when they have no on answering the phones. In my time I have experienced so incompetent people but that Appleton Sleep Clinic beats them all. In case of an emergency how do you reach them? They don’t answer phone calls or return voicemail messages so explain to me how in an emergency they would be able to help anyone out.
A person I know left some valuables in one of their overnight rooms and they have no one who can possibly open the door so he can retrieve his belongings? Nor do they have anyone who will answer his phone call to help with the situation. I say this is poor service and in reliability on a scale from 1-10 I rate the clinic a 1.

Alot of people have been asking me why I have entitled my book “Fragments”. My reasoning goes deeper than “it sounded cool”.
Everyday we experience life in fragments. The people we know, we only know fragments of them whether they be large or small. Ultimately the narrator Victoria/Veronica Vessel gives you fragments of her life, her own views of her family, friends, everyday encounters. This is how we understand the world through our impressions of fragments we experience. Impressionism is a movement I personally am interested in because rather than portraying what we expect to see it portrays the way life truly is.
Through one persons impression we begin to form our own. And ultimately what Veronica/Victoria is doing is showing you her impression and asking you for yours… and in the process you will learn about how you view the world.
Fragments…. Fragmentation… Impressions…. Imperssionists… Impressionism… This is what inspires me.

The most recent text I am working on is Everyday Women, Everyday Thoughts. It has been a work in progress for the past year now. It focuses on three female persona’s… one of those Persona’s is Victoria/Veronica Vessel who has her own short story “Fragments”, which is complementary to the novel I am working on.
Through these persona’s the reader recieves different people’s impressions of the world. Victoria/Veronica focuses on one’s impression of love and death in life. Where the other two persona’s embody self-esteem and body issues as well as issues of finding one’s self and going against the norm of society as well as the expectations one’s peers has for them.
To develop these persona’s I have not only taken from my own experiences but researched the impressions others have of the world through reading, interviewing and observing.
I aim to have this one ready by May 2011. I will keep you updated on new themes being dealt with and would love some input on what other issues may be of interest to readers. So either reply to this post or email me at: vvallozzi@hotmail.com

Hey everyone
this has been an amazing week for me. Not only did I find out about a summer job at a publishing house and that I will be teaching for two weeks in a university class… but I am delighted to say I have finally had two of my books published; one self published by lulu.com and the other is offically published by lulu.com. Alot of that has to do with you, my readers, your support. So thank you for giving me the will to accomplish this. I hope you will take a look at my book. The first book is “le mot juste”. I put together some of my favourite poems that I have written dealing with themes of love, death, family, sex and self-improvement. My second book is a short story. You are placed into the mind of Victoria Vessel… or is it Veronica Vessel? … will you ever truly know? She comments on social construction, love, death and in essance she makes you the main character of the story always asking you questions and sharing her world views with you. I hope you all will take a look at the previews and spread the word. Thank you!
